For over 15 years, we have continuously developed a single application based on the real needs of manufacturing companies, with a strong focus on the requirements imposed on suppliers in the automotive industry (IATF 16949).

Our cooperation model, based on a monthly subscription fee, guarantees Clients access to the latest software version, a user help desk, and ongoing technical support. This approach has allowed us to maintain close relationships with our Clients, resulting in the development of a comprehensive suite of interconnected modules.

The key areas covered by our offering include:

• supervision of system, process, and technical documentation, including approval workflows, archiving, automated reviews, and document associations
• electronic documentation at production workstations (documentation terminals)
• electronic competency matrices (Skill Matrix) integrated with document control, supporting production operations and enabling the elimination of paper-based records documenting operator training
• management of engineering, process, and product changes, deviations, and new product launches
• supervision of audits, nonconformities, corrective and improvement actions, and complaints
• a supplier portal enabling online management of supplier complaints

The majority of our Clients are international corporations operating plants in multiple locations. In many cases, cooperation begins with a single plant and is later expanded to additional sites or the entire group. With such Clients in mind, our software is designed for deployment in multi-plant environments, where each user works in their native language and has access only to the resources required for their role.

Each cooperation is preceded by presentations and a free-of-charge prototype, allowing the Client to verify that the software implementation will deliver the expected benefits.
